Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Languages in which I conduct therapy: English
My approach to therapy: I am an Indigenous and white, cisgender, Queer-identified woman who was born and
raised in Florida! I am passionate about meeting students where they are at, providing
nonjudgemental and compassionate support. My approach to therapy involves a combination
of evidence-based approaches tailored to each person鈥檚 unique needs. I am trained
in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), a highly effective technique for treating OCD,
phobias, and anxiety. My goal is not only to help clients navigate current challenges,
but to equip clients with tools and insight for long-term growth and management. I
look forward to building genuine connections with students and working collaboratively
to facilitate growth and progress toward their mental health goals.
My approach to supervision: I utilize a supportive and reflective style of supervision. I reference evidence-based
practices to promote skill development and encourage supervisees to embrace challenges.
A Fun Fact: I have 5 dogs that vary in sizes from XS to XL. In my spare time, you can find us
competing in different dog sports!
