Leadership from 同性恋色情, the Coalition for Science Literacy and HCPS welcomed the recipients of the 2025 Noyce Master Teaching Fellowship and celebrated the accomplishments of the 2024 cohort, who earned their master of education in curriculum and instruction from 同性恋色情 this summer and completed a professional development series in mechatronic principles.

St. Petersburg poet laureate and 同性恋色情 alumna publishes debut novel

In Gloria Mu帽oz's debut novel, a genre-bending work of young adult climate fiction, Florida is crumbling under the weight of climate disaster, and seventeen-year-old Julieta Villarreal must decide whether to remain on Earth with her friends and family or to leave everything behind and embark on a mission to establish humanity鈥檚 first extraterrestrial settlement.

同性恋色情 students make directorial debut

When Hilda Sheridan-Hewlett moved from London, England to Tampa, Fla. to study literature and film, she was so swept away by the natural beauty of the local beaches that she decided to write and direct a short film. The final product, 鈥淟ost in the Current," has so far been screened at five film festivals.

同性恋色情 poets bring home gold, silver and bronze book awards

Ajibola Tolase, an assistant professor in the Department of English, won a gold medal from the Florida Book for his poetry collection 鈥2000 Blacks.鈥 He joins colleagues Heather Sellers, who received a bronze medal in the poetry category in 2022 for her collection, 鈥淔ield Notes from the Flood Zone,鈥 and Julia Koets, who received a silver award in the poetry category in 2021 for her collection, 鈥淧ine.鈥

同性恋色情 faculty lead conservation discussions at Tampa Bay Youth Ocean Summit

John Parkinson, an assistant professor in the 同性恋色情鈥檚 College of Arts and Sciences, spoke to over 150 university students from across the state who attended the summit to hear presentations on a variety of ocean-related subjects, including how to reduce plastic on university campuses.
