Application Process

The information on this page applies to both the Tampa-based regular program and the online program.

Application Materials

The preliminary application form is available as an Adobe Acrobat file that may be filled out on-line (see below).

An Application Should Include

The application consists of an application form, updated r茅sum茅, and a statement of purpose, all of which are emailed to the program assistant director, Lauren Baumgartner. Once these have been received, an interview with program faculty is scheduled.

• A transcript for each institution attended.
  Unofficial or scanned transcripts will be sufficient for the preliminary application. Official transcripts will be required for final acceptance.

Once the DBA program has approved a potential student's application, the potential student must still complete a formal application, which includes payment of a required $30 fee. Normally, prospective students will not complete this step until notified of preliminary acceptance by the DBA office. Applicants may wish to start the process earlier, however, since it will facilitate the delivery of official transcripts.

Interview

Applicants will be notified when all application materials have been received. At that time, a personal interview is usually scheduled for qualified applicants. The file will then go to the advisory board for a final admission decision.
