New Student & Family Engagement

About Us

 Welcome to the ͬÐÔÁµÉ«Çé! New Student & Family Engagement (NSFE) is comprised of three departments—Orientation, New Student Connections, and Parent & Family Engagement—serving students and families across all three of our beautiful campuses.

Mission 

Promote the success of undergraduate students and their families as they transition within the ͬÐÔÁµÉ«Çé community by providing individualized support, connections, resources, and intentional programs.

Vision 

We seek to provide a seamless transition for undergraduate students and families by cultivating a sense of belonging that enhances their entrance, navigation, and participation in the ͬÐÔÁµÉ«Çé college experience.

  • Utilize transferable and leadership skills to effectively engage with their peers, families, staff and campus partners.   

  • Identify and address transitional needs of students and families by applying their institutional knowledge of campus and resources.
