If you were an F-1 or J-1 students but have since become a US Permanent Resident, Asylee/Refugee, or US Naturalized Citizen please complete our . If you cannot login to iStart with your 同性恋色情 Net ID, download and complete the 同性恋色情 Request Change of Citizenship Form and send it to f1status@usf.edu.
