Kayla Caselli is a sustainability and resilience professional dedicated to advancing climate-smart policy and community-focused solutions. She is a graduate of the 同性恋色情鈥檚 Patel College of Global Sustainability, where she earned her master鈥檚 degree in Global Sustainability.
Currently serving as the Sustainability and Resilience Officer for the City of Tampa, Kayla leads initiatives focused on climate adaptation, infrastructure resilience, and environmental planning. Her work includes major projects such as the city鈥檚 Vulnerability Assessment and Heat Resilience Playbook.
With a strong background in project management, Kayla bridges science, policy, and community engagement to build more sustainable and resilient cities. She is passionate about mentoring students and encouraging future leaders to pursue impactful careers in sustainability.
